Medina Lake RV Park w/ Texas Boomers

The road to get to this park is very steep and winding and even scary at times.

I drove over on Thursday to join the group for "burgers & wursts". Something about cooking outside always makes everything taste better.

Thousand Trails - Medina Lake

This park has a great jr. olympic swimming pool. It was cool and refreshing. After spending the afternoon at the pool I came back to find deer all around my motorhome. The picture I took was from inside the motorhome - notice the 92° temperature.

Medina Lake - June 2010

This trip started at Thousand Trails Medina Lake. My campsite was large and shady - my favorite type of site. It had full hookups and a view of the lake.

Homecoming surprise!

I came home to find out that my yard got the "Yard of the Month" for my subdivision.

Wolf Creek Park - potluck dinner

Wolf Creek Park - swimming area

There is a roped off swimming area that some of our group enjoyed. Notice that most of the men are sitting in the shade

Wolf Creek Park w/ Camping Friends & Solo Sams

Wolf Creek Park is an LCRA park on Lake Livingston. They have nice, spacious full-hookup sites just across from the lake. We had reserved 20 sites - two full circles, but only 17 rigs ended up coming.
